1. The first 2015-2016 school year dance will be today, right after school, The Back to School Hawaiian Luau Dance! Tickets will be sold during lunch. Todays Ticket sellers for the dance are: Drew Wennes and Matthew Hurst, 8th Grade lunch and Lizzie Fries and Dani Gang, 7th grade study hall. Also, Mrs. Aber is waiting for your self-nominations for this years’ officers. Bring down a piece of paper with your name and the office you want to run for.

2. McCormick Junior Honor Society members - Remember to bring your gallon of lemonade or punch and your 3 dozen cookies for the dance to Mrs. Aber's room today.

3. Attention Academic Challenge members – Our first practice will be Wednesday, September 2nd from 2:45–3:30 in room 207. If you are not getting the remind texts from Mrs. Rowen, stop by room 207 during Ch 1 and let her know.

4. 8th graders interested in joining Lego Mindstorm competition need to turn in their applications to Mrs. LaCrosse by Monday to have a chance in being selected for the 10 person NASA/EHOVE Mavericks team. Don't forget!
