HURON HIGH SCHOOL
ANNOUNCEMENTS - TUESDAY, 10/31/17
2. For the Halloween contest - to be considered for prizes, you must sign up for a category in the office before lunch!
3. There will a meeting Wednesday evening in the cafeteria
at 7:00pm for everyone participating in swimming. Swimmers are asked to
bring their completed emergency medical forms with them. The meeting
will last approximately 30 minutes.

Fall sport participants - if you would like to keep your locker
decoration please take it down prior to Friday. At the end of the day
Friday, the custodians will be disposing of those left hanging.
5. Jostens
will be returning to Huron High School on Thursday, November 2 during
lunches. Freshmen ring orders will be taken at this time. Seniors if
you still need to order any graduation supplies, you may also do so on
this day!
6. Attention any student interested in joining S.P.A.R.K. which stands for
Students Preventing Abuse & Raising Knowledge - applications are
available in the Counseling Office. This organization is a youth
coalition that has a mission to reduce the number of Erie County youth
and adults who are involved in substance abuse and other high risk
activities.

Cedar Point will be here during lunches on Thursday, November 2nd,
looking to recruit students who are interested in working at Castaway
Bay or Quaker Steak & Lube.
8. Seniors we are still looking for applicants for The Elks Student of the Month scholarship. Applications are available in the Guidance office. If selected as a student of the month, you will not only be entered into the local scholarship competition but also have your bio in the Sandusky Register and be invited to a scholarship dinner in May.

through Naviance.
