1. Parent-Teacher conferences are on February 20th from 3:00 – 6:00 and on February 22nd from 3:00 – 7:00. Parents should call the office to schedule a conference time.

2. REMINDER: 2017-18 Yearbook orders must be submitted by February 24. Order online or give the order forms with payment to Mr. Roth in the morning, or Mr. Maleski or Mrs. Brown.

3. Flu season is here!! Help keep yourself and your classmates healthy by: Washing your hands for 20 seconds, and often, especially before eating, and after sneezing or coughing. Keep your hands away from your eyes, ears, nose and mouth. Use good cough etiquette by coughing and sneezing into your sleeve or a tissue rather than your hands.

4. Attention parents of incoming 7th and 8th graders. There will be an informational meeting for junior high students interested in cheering for 2018 football season on Wednesday, February 21st at 7pm at McCormick Junior High auditorium.

5. The Perkins Pirate Middle Schoolers are hosting a tournament for all area 6th, 7th and 8th graders on Saturday, March 10th at 9am at Briar Middle School. The tournament will be double elimination and free to all participants.

6. Due to a mix-up with the florist yesterday, several homerooms did not get carnations. Mrs. Smith, Mrs. Brown, Mr. Demos, and Mrs. Rowen's homerooms will receive their carnations today during study hall.
