1. Parent Teacher Conferences are TOMORROW, October 9th from 3:00-7:00. Parents are reminded to call the office to schedule a conference time.

2. Sunday, October 7 through Saturday, October 13 is Teen Read Week at the Huron Public Library with the theme "It's Written in the Stars". Check out the special sci fi book display, and receive an entry for the prize basket drawing when you check anything out with your Library card. This is only for grades 7 - 12.

Cosmic Tee Craft, Thursday, October 11 at 6:30 pm for grades 7 - 12. Bring in a plain dark t-shirt (navy or black) and create an out of this world piece of wearable art. Registration required.

Teen Library Council meets Friday, October 12 at 3:30 pm. New members are welcome!

3. Ripcho Studios will be here on Tuesday, October 23rd for picture retakes. If you were absent on picture day in September, plan to have your picture taken. Order forms are available in the office if you need one. If you received your pictures and are not happy with them, please remember to bring those with you to give to the photographer on October 23rd so you may have your picture re-taken.

4. This Friday at the home Huron varsity football game against Vermilion, is our 7th annual crucial catch PINK out in support of the American Cancer Society. Pink bandanas, bracelets, face stickers and boom sticks will be for sale at the game. Come to the game, wear your PINK, and show your support! Go TIgers!

5. Congratulation to the boys and girls cross country teams. This weekend, they had a solid showing at Fostoria Invite. The lady tigers were led by Allie Blevins, Lucy Watson, and Morgan Shelton. Morgan Shelton, India O’Leary, Lucy Watson, and Riley Martin all received personal records at this race. The boys captured the first-place title at Fostoria! Nice job! They were led by Connor Schaeffer, Luke Rager, and Grantham Brown. We are so excited to see what you can do at SBC this weekend!
