Announcements - Thursday, 12/13/18
1. The wrestling team competed against Ashland Crestview and Lexington last
night and went 1-1 losing to Crestview 15-45 and defeating Lexington
36-21. Picking up their first career varsity wins we’re Kirill Turovskiy
and Meadow Bess. Wrestlers earning two wins were JJ Holliday, Sam
Mitchell, and Tino Majoy.
Jake Detlor, Quin Spitzley, Keiten Jones, and Chad Rodriguez picked up one win each.

The Huron High School Varsity Football Team was once again named
Academic All-Ohio by the Ohio High School Football Coaches Association
for 2018. Thank you to the students and staff for all of your hard work
and dedication. This is the 9th year in a row Huron has received this
award! Congratulations!

There's
a lost and found table set up beneath the freshman bulletin board in
the main hallway. Please check for any missing items.

Attention all Juniors going on the class trip: Your second payment is due by the end of the week.
5. The superintendent student cabinet is moving the meeting to January 4, 2019 due to the exam schedule. 6. Please remember your donation for the OHgo coin drive! The last day is this Friday.

Don't forget to bring chemo care package items into your first period
class before December 19th! Items to bring are listed in each class,
and the winning class gets a donut party. Let's help make the kids on
the pediatric cancer floor at the Cleveland Clinic happy this holiday

8. Huron
Ski Club registration deadline is December 18. Additional forms for
online registration are in the office. There will be a short meeting
immediately after school on Monday, December 17th, in the cafeteria at
2:30pm. Parent/guardian release forms are due at this time. Contact
Julie Parell with any questions.
9. Lunch today is double dogs or a sloppy joe.
