1. National Junior Honor Society will hold a brief meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 14, after school in Mrs. Aber's room, 104.

2. The Huron Public Library has game nights twice each month on a Tuesday at 6 pm. The October game nights feature "Magic: The Gathering" and the first 15 people who register and attend will receive a free demo deck courtesy of Matt Morgan of Sandusky's The Hero Zone. October meeting dates are Tuesday, October 7 and 21.

3. Information about swim team is available in the office. No practice schedule has been determined, so listen for that announcement in the future.

4. Attention, cross-country team! You are taking a bus to Firelands today for practice, so you need to change right after school. The bus will pick you up behind the school building.

5. Art Club for seventh graders will meet today after school until 4:00.
