HURON HIGH SCHOOL
ANNOUNCEMENTS - WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 2017
1. The next NHS Blood Drive will be Wednesday, MArch 1st,
in the high school gym. Sign-ups will be on the 23rd, 24th &
27th. You must be 16 years or older to give blood. If you are 16 you
will need to have the parent permission slip filled out - this is
available in the high school office or at the sign-up table during
lunch. After the 27th, donation times can not be changed.

If you did not sign up for track but are still interested, you can
still participate. Please stop by the cafeteria after school as track
conditioning has started.
3. The After Prom Parent Committee would like to invite all students to the 80s dance held on Friday, February 24th.
The dance will take place in the high school cafeteria after the boys
basketball game versus Perkins. Tickets go on sale this week during
lunch and are $5 a ticket. All proceeds go toward After Prom this May.
So, come have fun, and help support a successful after prom party!
4. Due to an unforeseen conflict, auditions will need to be pushed back to Monday, February 27th. These auditions will start right after school until 5:30. Auditions will continue Tuesday February 28th in the evening from 6-8. See Miss Jackson for any questions.
5. For anyone interested in playing baseball/softball through the Huron Parks Department: Registration will be held Sunday, February 26 at the Huron Eagles. Information is available in the high school office.

The University of Mount Union will be visiting Tuesday, February 28th at 10:00am in the Tiger Union. Stop into the Guidance office to sign up.
