February Notes and O.T.L.'s
2/1-5/2007 - Students participated in a debate concerning the ratification of the US Constitution. Students were broken into two teams: Federalists and Anti-Federalists.
2/9/2007 - Students took notes on the Bill of Rights and tied up any loose ends regarding Chapter 8.
2/12,15, 20, & 21/2007 - Reviewed for test and took it in two separate parts.
2/23/2007 - Began discussing key political ideas of the US Constitution. We took notes and completed slides 1-7.
2/26-27/2007 - Finished discussing the different political ideas established within the US Constitution and began covering information regarding the rights of citizens laid out in the document.
2/28/2007 - Examined Supreme Court decisions regarding the 1st, 5th, 6th, and 14th Amendments of the US Constitution. Also, we reviewed the meaning and rights under each amendment.
